Looking for a good, Keto biscuit? This is it. Not a cheese person? No problem! Leave out the cheese for a good ol' everyday biscuit.

 2 ½ cups Almond Flour
 2 Egg Whites
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 tsp Baking Powder
 ½ cup Melted Butter
 2 Large Eggs, lightly beaten
 Kraft 2% Deli Deluxe American Singles

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder and salt.

Lightly beat the 2 eggs with the 2 egg whites. Add in the eggs and stir until combined. Then add the melted butter. Stir with a spoon until you get dough.

Cheese:

Make 2 mini cheese balls out of a single slice of cheese. You'll use 1 ball in each biscuit.

Using a spoon, spoon some dough into your hands and flatten the piece of dough. Add the cheese ball and then fold the dough back over the cheese making sure there aren't any holes. Shape them to look like biscuits. They won't change shape in the oven. If you roll them into balls, they will come out that way. (Add some crumbled sausage for a variation of the holiday favorite, sausage balls)

This recipe makes approximately 14 small biscuits. Place in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the surface is a golden brown and the tops are firm. With a minute left, brush the top of each biscuit with melted butter.
