 1 tbsp Butter
 1 Egg
 1 Slice Gwaltney Balogna
 1 Slice Border's American Cheese
 Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
 Pepper to taste

Melt butter in a skillet on medium-high heat.

Fry the balogna in the skillet until both sides are done. Add the cheese and leave in the skillet until the cheese is melted. Remove the balogna from the skillet.

Add the egg to the skillet and cook it over-medium. Season with salt and pepper and place on top of the balogna and cheese.
