Keto Chocolate Ice Cream

 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
 ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
 ½ cup Swerve
 ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

Pour 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream into a bowl and add the Swerve. Heat in the microwave for 30-60 seconds, until the Swerve dissolves.

Add remaining ingredients (heavy whipping cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract) and mix until combined.

Pour mixture into silver cylinder of the ice cream ball. Pour 1 cup of ice cream salt in the other end of the ice cream ball and fill the remaining space with ice. Seal both ends of the ball tightly.

Roll, pass, shake, etc - the ball for 15 minutes. Then stir the ice cream, reseal, and roll for 15 more minutes.

Take the ice cream out of the ball and put in a freezable container. Let the ice cream set for about an hour or so in the freezer.
