Hibachi is one of my favorite meals, and when we started Keto, I was so disappointed that we couldn't have this. Well, substitute the rice with cauliflower rice and mix up our homemade Yum Yum sauce - you'll be glad you did!

Hibachi
 ½ cup Butter
 2 Bags Frozen Riced Cauliflower
1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast or Steak
Himalayan Pink Salt and Pepper to taste
Yum Yum Sauce
 Mayonnaise
 Lemon juice
 Liquid Aminos
 Sesame Oil
 Rice Vinegar
 Salt and Pepper to taste

Season and grill the steak or chicken to your liking.

In a skillet, melt a 1/4 cup of butter. Add the frozen cauliflower rice to the skillet once the butter has melted. After the cauliflower has thawed in the skillet, add another 1/4 cup of butter to the skillet, along with pepper and Pink Himalayan salt. You’ll want to stir and cook the cauliflower for a good 30 minutes. The longer you cook the cauliflower, the softer and more rice like it will become.

We never really measure this.. we add the ingredients until we like the taste. Mayonnaise is the main ingredient.
