I store the KNOW Better waffles in the freezer. Place 1 waffle in the toaster (I double toast them)
Add the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream and swerve granular sugar into a medium sized bowl. Mix with an electric mixture until desired consistency. Add more swerve as needed until desired sweetness.
**The cream cheese spread makes 8 servings.**
Spread the cream cheese topping to the cooked waffle. Sprinkle powdered sugar and cinnamon on top of the cream cheese spread.
**You can substitute the cinnamon and sugar with strawberries and blue berries
