 ¼ cup Almond Flour
 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
 3 tbsp Swerve
 ¼ tsp Baking Powder
 1 Egg
 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
 2 tbsp Butter, melted
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Whisk all of the dry ingredients together in a small, microwavable dish.

Add the egg and heavy whipping cream and mix thoroughly.

Add the butter and the vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Wrap a piece Saran Wrap over the batter and poke a hole in the middle. Cook in the microwave for approximately 80 seconds. When it's done, let the cake sit for a couple of minutes to cool.
