So many people are confused by this new Netflix documentary, “What The Health” that just recently was released. I looked into it because my sister texted me after she watched it. She was very concerned for my health because the documentary claims that fat causes diabetes, and as you know, eating a Ketogenic diet consists mostly of fat. I knew that this wasn’t the case, but I didn’t know how to scientifically explain why the documentary was inaccurate. I stumbled upon this article and I think it is great.
